Let's hope this thread lasts beyond August 31st. Banbury is once again in south-west England.

The clubs have met once before in the competition, Banbury winning 3-0 down there in 2016 in the same round.

Easington Sports also pulled a good home tie against Frome Town. Pity kick offs can't be staggered to watch both.

It will be 90 years since the first F A Cup match at the Stadium Banbury Spencer v Hayes 1st September 1934. Crowd 2,874. If only we could get those numbers again . Also good luck to Easington who have a tough draw.

A big game for the club. Obviously the money is important, but just as important is the interest a good cup run can cause. Fingers crossed for a good result today.

First time down the stadium this season and was very impressed. Controlled the game pretty much from start to finish. Been a while where I didn’t feel nervous in a cup game! Lovely bit of Sh*thousery to boot with the water bottle, bravo Gift!

Left it late – the last tie but one.
78 Plymouth Parkway (7) v. Westbury United (8) 79 Melksham Town (8) v. Banbury United (7) 80 Gosport Borough (7) v. Gloucester City (7)
Given that Oxford City were put in the SW section, it was a little surprising that Banbury weren't moved out but Brackley were moved in. They go to Truro.
