It's all taking too long . Players are being signed all over the place, but without a manager we can't do a thing. Apparently there were plenty of applicants. It's time we heard something.

Board have the majority of the errors for sure. Still have a bee in my bonnet about the dual registration. Hewitt for example didn't set the world alight for us, but he was getting game time at North Leigh so instead of 3 keepers on the bench plus the anyone who seemed to win best of 3 rock, paper scissors . Why not get him back in, we were certainly lacking in that attacking third. It may not have worked, but was it really going to make us any worse off. |

Board have the majority of the errors for sure. It would certainly be a serious lapse if they weren't talking to AW about his future before the last week of the season. |

Football Managers have their own background teams and players that will move with them - Whingy will (hopefully) get a really good Managers job and will announce that Craig Pead & Co are joining him for instance.
Managers have to surround themselves with people that won't stab them in the back.
Managers have a list of players that they'd want to sign and likewise Players will wait for their chosen Manager to get a job and then they'll sign on with that Club
This is football, we've been totally spoilt by Wonderful Whingy these last few seasons but all will be well, the BUFC Board have performed miracles and will do their best to continue in that vein for sure !
