Any thoughts, the only three I would I can think of are:-
Steve King
Kevin Wilkin
Mike Ford
I would suggest the geezer from North Leigh would be a bad option, don't think getting relegated from the tier below is anything to celebrate.

He came in mid season when they were already in deep trouble and could not keep them up, so he had a difficult job to start with! 🤷 |

That really is an unfair assessment of Chris Allen's abilities. He came in when North Leigh had just 10 points from 19 games (equivalent to 22 in a season) and, after losing his first five (three of them to teams that finished in the top six), came close to keeping them up. This was his first managerial post and it was at a tiny club with very limited resources and which was very lucky to have been promoted the previous season. He might be an unknown quantity but he can't be dismissed on the basis of this. Andy Whing had no first-team managerial experience when he arrived at Banbury. |

Can't say I particularly want Mike Ford back. Very defensive minded, not very good to watch.
Chris Allen might not be so bad, very good coach by all accounts.

Can't go backwards with MF and do we want an ex Broccoli Manager who has just gone down with Telford,don’t know enough about CA to form an opinion. Guess we will have to wait and see who applied if the club lets us know.

Surely the resignation wasn't a surprise to the board. There were whispers on the terraces early to mid season he wasn't hanging around come May. So for it to go on this long and time running out on new players or retaining current players, someone needs a hard look in a mirror. Currently I feel as united as a pulled Christmas cracker 🎄🎄🎄
