Anyone know what the max capacity is now - 2.5k ? Should push for 2k in attendance for this game... There's enough room for another 700-800 to watch reasonably comfortably. It's the pressure on facilities that's the problem. Maybe the club should look at the land behind the town end, stick some porta Loos and burger vans behind there.

How many Barrow fans will travel due to the time, distance and they can watch from home?

Over the moon to be wrong about being on tv.
What a wonderful result for the club, Steve Barlow, Mark Allitt, Paul Duester et al.
Brilliant, brilliant. Result is almost irrelevant. Get the ££££ in.

Yeah, I saw that too. Mind you, they are not the only culprits, Banbury United website under matches show us drawing 2-2 with Leiston and the world's biggest search engine, Google has the Tuesday night game as a 2-1 loss.

Good spot on our website Frog12345 Results are a central database for all club's using Pitchero. I did enter 3-2 after the game but someone obviously thought it was wrong when entering all the results for the night as it was 2-2 on Southern League site and changed it. Thanks, corrected. It will be good if the club does get its own website set up as promised at AGM, I can then have nothing to do with site which I have wanted since stepping down from Board! I am just keeping it going on a very basic level as no one else will take it on, though not exactly satisfactory situation

Our so called evening mail is printed in carlisle and you can get it in the morning, take no notice of it years ago it was very good now a complete waste of time, get Barrow players mixed up all the time we have no local reporter at any games it is all taken of the internet, a few weeks ago it showed a picture of holker street and put the rugby ground instead, should be a cracking cup tie hope we get over the next two games without injury and suspensions 1/2 players getting close to 5th booking.

These photos could have a thread of their own but this is just as good a place to put them as it shows how the old place looked the last time it hosted FA Cup First Round matches when supporters were allowed in and before health & safety, rust and wild weather changed it all. Bob Lilliman, 1972

From the barrow forum apparently Ozzy is a hooligan!
"Just noticed the picture on the official web site ticket information for Banbury. H&S issue there with some hooligan standing on the railings, presumably so he can reach to bang on the metal roof. He would certainly crack his head if he fell backwards"
