So many people read the threads, but not many reply. Can we not all have an opinion on the state of the club after todays reverse. Play offs over, high turn over of players, ownership in limbo, where will we be come August?

Don't think Jed there today?
What to say about that. Pitch didn't help, but Gosport wanted it more than Banbury. Their two central defenders so solid, soft penalty against, two nightmare defensive goals, and an excellent 4th goal.
For us, good 1st 15 mins, good last 15mins, in between - awful. Sharif great effort, but subbed??
A lesson in how to qualify for play offs

Very poor show today! A lot of heading practice for there centre halfs! What is up with isaacs? Such a lazy game surely everyone could see that then took sharif and lait off and leave him on to stand and do very little! Odd decision.

Very poor performance today, unless Nabil had a knock then poor decision to take him off as he was the only one who looked like scoring!,Gosport deserved the win as they were far stronger than us in all departments, although we are playing good football we lack strength in key areas which was all too clear to see today,it is all about getting the right blend, now 9 points from play off spot and more or less out of the running, top ten though still more than possible. The uncertainty about the implications of Jeds involvement at Swindon is not helping anyone both on and off of the field,we have had a season of turmoil and would not like to think that all the pain we have gone through to get where we are will be for nothing, today the Stadium was rife with rumours regarding Jed,Edwin, players and who will actually be running the club in the future? ,everything needs to be clarified and quickly!!

Lets be honest today we was out played. I think no one knows what is going on in the back ground even the management did not seem intrested today, kyann is always a lazy player hense why he at this level. There so many questions what need answering but we will never get them.

Poor display by central defence and GK had a shocker. Looked like a side that has so many doubts off the pitch - maybe those in control should take this one.
Woeful decision to leave Isaacs on when Shariff was the threat today - less than impressed with Stein.
And for fooks sake can we get some footballs with air in - EVERY BLOODY WEEK IT'S A DISGRACE ..... You can borrow my pump if you like!!!!

It's all rumours?
Heard this afternoon that Jed is definitely staying and that we might sign 2 more players in next 2 weeks. Too many rumours and it looked as if it affected the players. Might just have to hope that today was a bad day at office and we can see some good football until the end of season.
Agree that kynan looked totally disinterested today, should have been subbed at half time.

Can't really add anything else to what has already been posted, taking Nabil off was a very strange decision unless of course he was injured and once again we were treated to another inept ref, there should have been two red cards, the first for their number 8 and also Bloss both for second bookable offences, he also, did'nt even speak to the player who handballed for the penalty. Only thing to say was that he was not responsible for the final score, that was down to an overall awful performance.

Keith I spoke with you at Frome and you was happy for me to leave the club as long as ES & co stayed. I will be at the game Monday and will happily spk to anyone as normal but don't lose focus guys the club is in good shape. Jed,i did not say i was "happy" for you to leave,i said that whatever you want to do regarding Swindon is fine as long as Banbury Utd continues to progress and fulfill the ambitions you set out for the club when you took over, remember i told you that Banbury fans were used to being let down,so you can understand why they are worried?,we have come a long way and thought you would be here until at least we gained promotion,i just want stability at the club and whatever happens i wish you well and hope the seed you have planted at B.U.F.C. will grow into something you and all associated with the club can be proud of!.

Shambolic display I've been banging on about consistency for weeks now but with the revolving door still spinning at breath neck speed we will never have a settled side. I for one don't think that ES and his back room staff are good enough for this level of football. How many of these players that are coming in has he actually seen play before? When the dust finally settles what legacy will be left for this club. I was a big fan of Ady and his style of football management and it was a sorry day when he was shown the door

The bench yesterday was quiet no instructions being put out from the bench managers coaches did not seem intrested. I think come the start of next season they will all be gone and billy will be back. None of these players are here for the love of banbury united they here for money, according to a number of the board members none of them are on a contract. Ed and co are great when we winning or in control of a game but if we losing they have no idea. If you watch the new lads esp kyann there only good when he has the ball he wont work for the team he just stand there he more lazy than forington was.

I know some people would say this doesn't matter, but only one team left the pitch plastered in mud.One of our strikers wouldn't need to have his kit washed this week. The pitch was poor but the same for both teams. For me what is missing is an experienced midfield player, somebody vocal who could push our young players on.As for goalkeepers and Flat Footballs,I don't know which is the most embarrassing.

Lets beat the sphinx and go back to the Bescot(hope),i agree with the consensus,it just doesn't feel like BUFC,flat atmosphere and no real identity with any of the players. Not that any Banbury born players are pulling up any trees at the moment. quite where ES and the current staff will be come August is anyones guess.

The pitch was heavy but pretty flat as it had been rolled in the week which meant the flying forkers were called out on Saturday morning as the rain struggled to drain away.
It was a disappointing performance. I agree with some of the comments on here but not all. To me we still do not have a consistent strong CB combination although we have had two clean sheets with Jack and Bloss there in the past two weeks.
I couldn't understand why Hopkins didn't start but N'Guessan, who is not always available did. Hard to keep up but was Yussuf not playing at all yesterday.
Just really want to know what the outcome of the current issue is so we can try and move on from there. I am not a long term die hard like others but does feel a bit flat, had we won could have been different of course!

Gosport haven't lost in the League since 3rd Nov, '12 Last Tuesday they won at Barwell who yesterday won 6-0 away to league leaders Leamington It seems that the above count for nothing, Banbury don't have a divine right to win every game but they are sat in 13th place 14 points above the relegation zone I can fully appreciate fans' concerns at watching seemingly changing personnel every week but I thought you'd all appreciate that this is a season of change because we're told that the Club had to chang€ Chill pill's folks, keep supporting the Club
