It appears that free parking on a Saturday at the railway station no longer exists. Did I miss an official statement from the board about this? Surely the club should have made a major announcement about this? A lot of people are now facing multiple fines. It would be nice to hear from the board about this matter. Very, very poor communication.

It was mentioned on the website - Match preview
Please ensure you leave plenty of time for parking and getting into the ground. There is very limited spectator parking at the ground. Overflow parking will also be available at the back of the Town End.
Please Note: Parking at the Railway Station will have a charge.
Tonight's match preview:
Please Note: There will be parking available at the railway station, please see payment structure before parking your vehicle. Standing and seated areas are available, with cover, as well as toilets and refreshments in both areas.
Looks like it may change on a match by match basis.

Sorry, but the new board should have made an announcement about this. Very, very poor communication. We have been getting free parking for a good few seasons, we should have been told in a far better way that it has now been stopped. Poor show from the board.

Yeah I think this is poor from the club, I think anyone could have reasonably assumed the arrangement was continuing this season after the 'great support of Chiltern railways' was included in the preview for the first game of the season: www.banburyunitedfc.co.uk/news/match-preview-banbury-united-v-afc-sudbury-2865682.htmlHaving seen that info, I parked there for the Leiston game and have now received a fine. I've asked the club when they were told by Chiltern the charging exemption was ending and why it wasn't more clearly communicated to fans, and the less than helpful response was to the effect of 'I don't know'...
