The bloke has been absolutely slagged by some people He is Banbury through and through. I sincerely hope that he stays with us in some form or another. Give him a break guys, he's a good bloke. He is gutted the way it's turned out. A proper Banbury legend who loves the club.

Listening to his puritans radio interview tonight is hard going, he is so hurt by what is being said by a minority of "fans".

All I would say Pete is that he should have thought the whole situation out a bit more, given the amount of time he had been away from the managerial side of things it wasn’t the wisest move as has proved to be. None of us will ever know what happened behind the scenes but it wasn’t the smartest appointment.

He certainly doesn't deserve a lot of what is being thrown his way. He did his best in very difficult circumstances. I just hope he stays with us in some way or another.

Will be shot down no doubt. KW could be good for the club long term. He is gutted. Believe he did not realise how difficult it would be to attract players. Perhaps he should have known? Agree with Pete that he might help if staying in an advisory/recruitment position. Results have obviously not improved but imo the performances have. Time will tell

Listening to his puritans radio interview tonight is hard going, he is so hurt by what is being said by a minority of "fans". He said he was subject to some crude verbal abuse at today's match. He also said "I left here in 1979 and the club hasn't really moved on." Well, yes and no. Having watched Banbury play on fenced-off cattle pastures in the Thames valley in the 90s and more recently been amongst a number of supporters named-and-shamed by a chairman as trouble-makers, I'd say the club has moved on. It's just that it went backwards before doing so. And whatever the shortcomings of the current board, it's still in a far better state than 2012-15.

The Chorley post-match interview was a tough listen indeed but I have to say that I'm surprised that KW has let it get to him as he knows that football is all about passion and emotion.
I've had personal abuse hurled at me in my previous football life and it isn't pleasant but it's football. Those that hurl the abuse are also the ones who want to be your best mates and buy you beer when things do go well.
The MJ sacking and subsequent KW appointment just plain did not work out in any way, shape or fashion for us - that's a fact borne out by lookiing at the league table when MJ was sacked and how the league table looks today.

Do we actually think that KW has any credibility left if he is to stay at the club? I think that ship has sailed now. I think it’s been clear he hasn’t been able to bring any value in the way the club would have wanted.
Let’s face it, if it was anybody other than KW that had the record that he has got I don’t think they’d be invited onto the board. Seriously worried about who is making these really important decisions that we are now facing.

8 years away was waaaaaayyyy too long.
Club not moved forward from December 1979, strange statement from a man who came back home after all that time.
Didn't anyone chirp up at the boo boys yesterday? See alot of people saying how they were shocked at what they heard and saw or are these melts threatening and all out nasty pieces of work.

When it comes down to it an old mate thought it would be a good idea to give him the job, sadly common sense didn’t prevail and we are where we are, that said I don’t think the will to keep us up was there because all I heard was we can’t afford it, if that’s the case we will never aspire to progress again.
