More changes. Things really do seem unsettled.

From the proposal for board changes, March 2022:
The Board will be made up of six people. This will include the Chair, Treasurer and Secretary of the Community Benefit Society which are roles that our Rules state that we must have. The Board feel that a smaller Board (currently it is 9) will allow for the strategic direction of the club to be managed and provide the governance required to oversee the management of the club.
From today's bulletin:
At the same time, the board – currently comprising Chairman Ronnie Johnson, Lisa Dixon and Claire Dumbreck – welcomes Chris Roberts as a new consultant to the Club. Chris has a strong financial accounting and business process improvement background and works in the biosciences sector. Other members of the board/management team will be announced in due course. Mike Finch, managing director of long-term Club sponsor, SMR Projects, is also supporting the board.
RJ said: "We are delighted to have Chris Roberts and Mike Finch assisting us. Chris has been observing our processes on matchdays and already come up with lots of improvement ideas."
Are Chris Roberts and Mike Finch board member or not? Even if they are, that's still one short. Who are, officially, the treasurer and the secretary?

I don't think adding help is unsettled.
Members on this site know that more help/volunteers are always required. The board is trying to be more professional.
I know of someone who is helping the board/club in a vital legal area with his specialist knowledge. All help is great in my view
