This season's final league average was 878. Away supporters contributed about 85 of that. The figure was 1,026 after the Brackley game on New Year's day but the last 12 games averaged just (!) 742.

The total exceeded 20,000 for the first time since 67-68 (approx. 28,500).

With postponements were there more midweek matches than usual which I'd assume has an effect?
