Bad day at the office doesn’t come close, the first half was pretty even with no real chances created at either end but after the break it was a completely different story, Kettering came out with a whole different approach and we were left wanting everywhere. A performance like today does note bode well for next week but hopefully we get Smile back in and Rasulo will be back. On the positive side the young Stockport lad that was in looked quite useful.

Just one of those days. Everything went wrong and the wheels fell off. Best forgotten.

To be fair the facilities are not good enough for away teams when segregated, especially at £15. Investment and or effort required on this.
I am sure this will be a major issue come ground inspection/grading day. On the pitch BUFC is very much holding their own, off the pitch it is way below what is required at this level or even higher. This could impact budget in time to come is my personal fear.

Sadly the whole ground situation is out of the clubs hands as we all know, not owning the ground is and will be a huge stumbling block until we either get a new facility or are allowed to stay where we are permanently. The club cannot afford to spend thousands on ground improvements with the uncertainty as to whether we will be able to relocate or not, there is no pint in putting in fancy facilities only to see it all wasted. That said basic things should be of a reasonable standard. Time for our landlords and the towns lords and masters to pull their fingers out.

The facilities for away supporters are not good enough. I believe that the board are looking into improving the situation. Relocation to a new ground is certainly a long way off, if ever. Therefore we need to improve things where we are. Not ideal I know, but we can't risk losing our current status just because of poor visitor facilities.
