After seeing him needlessly get involved in an 'altercation' in 1st match of the season at Curzon I thought he needs to calm down and focus on the 'bigger picture' or get some help with his anger and rage. Then in subsequent matches the same things have happened. I wasn't at match this evening, and the ref may have got it wrong, but... He's going to be targeted by any devious and strategic opposition team - certainly at away games - as a potential loose cannon. He's obviously a real talent. But please play for the team and a better future.

8 games, 4 yellows one red. Could become a massive problem. He is an excellent player but I think he needs a couple of minders on the pitch

Is this why he hasn't "made" it yet? I've seen these issues already this season. He's one hell of a talent and could play at a higher level. We do need someone with some niggle at this level, but equally they need to channel it. A red card and a loss that might shake some cobwebs. Cover for the next games will be interesting.

Not being at the match - was the sending off as it sounds just a result of petulance or for a foul? Any other controversy?

Needs sorting ASAP, hopefully, a spell out of the spotlight will help, or else he will be targeted every week. Don't need to wind up the opposition to be a strong defender. I would put Sam Brown alongside Ratcliffe if Langmead is still a doubt, Failing that some new defenders. It's crazy that one week that the squad is shaping up and then last night we struggled again on the bench.

Jays a great player but he had no need to get involved in Jack Stevens little spat last night,after 10 minutes. Daft.
