What amazing support from Banbury fans. We had to lose sometime was just unfortunate it was against leamington. Bring on Southport Saturday.

Poorest performance for a long long time. Had to happen at some stage. Gave the ball away too much, caught in possession too much, harried for 90mins by Leamington, who were very good at stopping us from playing.
Disappointment negated by the wonderful support

Didnt see any issues at Leamington, thought it was very relaxed for a (semi) segregated game - what panels were damaged as I was stood being the goal and didnt see any damage?
Only conflict was when one of their flags was taken down and put over the barriers - dont agree with that as thought they had a good selection - we wouldnt want that happening to ours.
Their stewards were relaxed and very patient at the end - you could see they wanted the fans to go but used common sense to let the fans have a sing song. Didnt see any police at the game either.

From what I saw at the Hereford game there were around half a dozen or so mostly black clad with hoodies and faces covered who were moving around trying to find a way around the police who were keeping us held back so it would suggest a hardcore who have no other real interest other than looking for trouble by this token it will always drag the rest of us into the situation. Hereford haven’t been spotless over the years and there are other clubs in this league that already have a reputation so as far as we are concerned these individuals have to be rooted out to prevent us getting a reputation as well. The same idiots are probably the same ones who are letting off smoke flares as well. Beats me what part of ‘It’s not allowed ’ goes over their heads. Perhaps if they had to pay the fines that are imposed they may have a different view. If any of them read this forum I would ask that they take a long hard look at themselves and ask themselves what they are trying to achieve. In all my years of following Banbury United I want to enjoy this period in our history and not be associated with a club that nobody wants to come to.Rant over and Tin Hat on.
