From SLPC, Biggleswade go down to SL1 Central and Lowestoft to IL1 North. A little surprisingly, Needham Market and Leiston have not been transferred to the IL.
Transferred from NPL Premier are Basford United and Mickleover Sports and from SLPS, Kings Langley after one season. Promoted are Ilkeston Town (NPL1M) and Bedford Town (SL1C).
North Leigh have been placed in SLP South.
