A few weeks ago we were brilliant and battered Coalville. Not winning was a travesty.
I am sure they will have learnt a lot and will not be so ineffective. I believe there will be some robust challenges especially on Gio. Pray for a decent ref
Think we have our work cut out and whilst I hope we win, we really do not want to lose this one

What a second half, never gave them a minute, unlike the first half. Top pressing and game control. Thought they were good in the first half. Less teams to fear each week. Roll on Tuesday

The proverbial game of two halves, they were the better side first forty five and killing us down their left side but all square at half time was just about right. A few words must have been said during the interval because we came out transformed and pushed them all the way. I was concerned on how we would react after the St Ives game but the bounce back was brilliant and it was also good to see that KL had recovered from his swollen knee. All in all a good afternoons work.

Looking good. Hard 1st half, hanging on up to a point.
Excellent 2nd half. Hairdryer team talk
Can we now rightfully be regarded as favourites.?

Yes I would say so They deserved to lead at half way in my view Must have been a decent chat at break as we was much improved second half and mostly they was kept at arms length and we made the better chances of which we managed to finish two. Wreh form is a concern. Keeper and all the back line impressive. As stated these are a good team and we have done well against them this term, three tough games on the road ahead especially at Peterboro. Then Jed will be in town LET GO AND WIN THOSE AWAY GAMES AND BE TOP FOR CHRISTMAS. UTP

Coalville were architects of their own downfall, as Banbury in that first half failed to press, Coalville was basically strutting around admiring their own passes. Credit to Banbury for a much better second half. My Xmas wish is to see 20/30 goals a season striker signed and some more cover in defence and of course see Jack back in between the sticks. Nothing against Taylor, he has done really well.
