I know it's all relative seeing how Barrow put us away Saturday, but that was a cracking game tonight by both teams, moved the ball forward at pace, created plenty and beginning to see that the P word is becoming more of a reality by each game. Kudos to the 500 odd, sure we'll see the shaven headed stone island mob next time we're in front of the cameras.

Very satisfying result tonight against a team up with us and on a mini run. I can only recall one serious save having to be made late on. I was concerned that Saturday may have had a negative effect but that didn’t happen.

Great response. The players must have been tired after Saturdays efforts, but you wouldn't have known.
A hard fought win where Rushall had a lot of the ball and looked a team in the top four. Feel that we did have much the better chances
Personally I would not be too bothered if we exit the trophy on Saturday

Personally I would not be too bothered if we exit the trophy on Saturday. Understandable with promotion now a real possibility but I'll offer this: i. There's still money to be won, though modest. ii. Another win could give Banbury another chance against a Step 2 club, which would be good experience for the players. iii. Unfinished business...

A close game, Rushall are a decent team and they made us work hard for the 3 points. Decent crowd for a Tuesday night.

AW on playing after a big match: "I know another team in our league didn't want to play tonight after their exploits at the weekend but we're better than that."
I'll take a punt on Banbury having a Christmas attendance of 1,000+ for the first time since 1969...

Might get a massive 80 odd from Warwickshire!

Might get a massive 80 odd from Warwickshire! That would still be a lot more than from some clubs in this division.
