If the game goes ahead, it will be played at Banbury midweek. Them question to be asked is why Banbury are again being asked to enter before the QFs. And are we really expected to believe that both the Oxfords drew byes?

Easington got a bye to the quarters also.

About time this waste of time competition was scrapped or the Oxfordshire FA was overhauled, how can two teams have byes, surely they could play each other.

The whole competition is a pathetic joke. No doubt we will be forced to cancel a league game. I hope we put the under 18,s out for the game and forget all about it. Just proves how the OFA regard us.

Easington got a bye to the quarters also. That's my point. Until a few years ago, the top clubs were given exemptions, not byes, to the QF (although the OFA still called them byes but then that's the OFA for you). For a long time those clubs were the Oxfords and Banbury (in the Hellenic seasons, Banbury started earlier). The Oxfords and Banbury are still the top clubs yet, remarkably, both the Oxfords drew a bye.

Officially (apparently), the Oxfords were exempted. However, will the OFA explain how Eynsham (Oxon Senior League, Level 11) were given a pass to the Second Round when Easington and Ardley (Level 9) had to play in the First?
