It was great to see a game between Banbury Ladies and a ladies team from Carterton under the new floodlights last night. The difference between the old lights and the new was remarkable with all areas of the pitch bathed in an even but intense light. No waiting for the lights to "warm up". They came on immediately they were activated. Although Banbury Ladies lost 3-0 against strong opposition the game was a credit to both sides. Can't wait to see more games under the new lights!
