Any news on the trialist no 9 at Easington Tuesday?, For all the fact the opposition was not prem standard a couple of the goals were fantastic.

First bye in October, second in March apparently so could easily be worse.

Saturdays without fixtures (other than the two reserved for FAC and FAT starts): 18th Sep (date of FAC 2Q), 23rd Oct, 19th Feb, 12th March.
There are seven midweek fixtures before December. This is unusual, especially with only 40 games to be played. It would reasonable to assume that this has been done to get as many games played as possible before the imposition of more emergency measures in the winter.
I'm a little surprised that there's a game on New Year's Day, which is a Saturday; Mon 3rd is the Bank Holiday in lieu.
