er hello Banbury Council and the Environmental Agency ? .....
Would be nice to be granted a piece of land where a community football/sports hub can be developed - and then let whoever build 500 new houses on the San Spencer site !!
but can I just mention that ...
1. I'd prefer to stay at a flood free Spencer Stadium
2. I don't like plastic pitches

I would like to think that there is an avenue for some form of compensation from the powers that be but probably a non starter.
