Now I am really baffled . Can anyone, especially Jed confirm his position with us now. I was told this week that Jed has now offficially, officially bought Banbury United. I thought he owned it earlier, then had to sell it. Getting Dizzy folks. Clarification would be a much appreciated thing for the supporters. I also understand that Jed can only act on behalf of the club as a Volunteer. This would of course be obvious following his interests in Swindon Town. And who did he buy it from and is there any financial investment in the club as a result. PURITANS FOREVER.

Chris, given that the subject has been discussed on here for more than a fortnight, I can only presume that you've been offline in all that time or that you were prompted to post having read today's Banbury Guardian in which we learn that the club has (or soon will have) a new chairman.
How did that come about? If JM is a mere management board member, Kim Dumbleton is presumably his man. Has Paul Jones resigned with relief, glad to hand over, or has he been ousted in a putsch?
All questions and few answers.

Paul Jones has not been Chairman at Banbury United since last Summer he did not stand for re election at the AGM no Chairman was elected at the AGM. What do the FA say... can JM be a board member as well as Chairman at Swindon I don't know ?

Something obviously changed monday afternoon, that's for sure. Stourbridge fans pretty scathing at the apathy of the place tuesday.
We'll have to see what develops, and if the budget is as small as now being reported then we should be content with mid division. Looking forward to Weymouth, but a season to forget for me,for all the wrong reasons.

Hence my earlier question about player budgets. Oh by the way I have not been a member of this site for more than a week and do not read everything on it.
