Get beat tonight and the fans (what few remain) will want his head on a plate. Pitch will be on par with Spencer Stadium, and we can't play on that. So what excuse will the manger be using come 9.30pm tonight - too cold, too many games, defensive errors, the takeover at Swindon, player availability, they wanted it more than we did....blah, blah, blah...heard them all this season. Saving my dosh and staying in the comfy of my armchair.

Tidy result. Better balance looking at teamsheet. One you would expected a result from but clean sheet a big positive. Tougher assignments await than tonight

It was a bit nippy, pitch was white with frost by the end. Redditch had the better of the first 25 minutes or so. Banbury came into it after that, hitting the post near the end of the half. Once Banbury got the first Redditch didn't post much of a threat. Good finish by Bloss for the 2nd, the Redditch defense shouldn't have let the ball get to him though.

Not much to add to Marcus's summary, man of the match a certain Harold Agyeman-Prempeh,epitomises everything Edwin said he wanted in a player,he is hungry and proud to wear a puritans shirt, not stop running and commitment!!,as i said in the Hitchin thread,a first 11 player all day long, well done lad!.

Sadly couldn't go but as we always do well when I am not there probably not a bad thing. Looked like we fielded quite a defensive line up. I think we should play both Hopkins and Lait, Lait has 9 mins, Hopkins on bench all night we win 2-0 ...... what do I know.
Personally surprised we are playing Thursday and Saturday, Coventry also played yesterday. Hope some of the reserves get a chance and nobody is too tired to perform on Saturday.
