LETS BE HONEST. To days game was just as bad as last week, the players on the pitch was more than good enough to win today. Bridges been one of the best players last few games today he looked tired. No body seems intrested esp the mangers lately nothing coming from the bench at all same as last week. I'm afraid to say this has been the case since it was released about swindon. I think only 2-3 players are here for banbury rest there for mates etc and money. You was all saying how fantastic Issac was when he was scoring but even then he was a lazy player so nothing has changed with him. I think its time to get answers because at the minute i think banbury are the laughing stock of football 60+ players in a season ( dont quote me ) 10 goal keepers different managers coaches etc. from the reaction of the players since it came out about swindon and that seems like whats the point we wont be here next year.
I think Jed plan has failed he was hoping to come in get a business plan in place and was hoping out side sponsors and business will come on board and help him to achieve this and the banbury businesses just have not been intrested. I also think there are too many lies and rumours amongst the club even players are confused.
Sorry for spelling/typos on my phone and spell check wont open

Come on people remember lets all be positive, I think Si has been great for Banbury United this season, every time a ball gets kicked out of the ground he's off after it , that lad does a lot more running than most of the players and the other positive thing, not once did the ref send the ball back because it was to flat, things are on the up.

Question for Mr Stein. If the Penalty was the turning point in last weeks game, then what does he attribute to this weeks abject failure, the sun coming out? It was a performance that wouldn't be acceptable at any level of football. To many players = a massive turnover and if players coming and going is anything to go by then it explains why there is no passion in pulling on the shirt of Banbury. The final paragraph in the BG this week stated that the aim was to be full time within three years. This along with being in the Conference in three years is poppy-cock. Music to the ears that want to hear and read this type of hype. The real fans are now seriously doubting the running of the team, and following last weeks off the field spat with Mr Plod, is it any wonder the folk of Banbury can't be arsed to get involved in supporting or financing the club. I can't put anything positive on the last week at the club, and have serious concerns that BUFC's days may be numbered. How many fans won't be at the next game after today's offerings? Not me that for sure!

Well that was fun.Passion and Pride to me comes before playing skills, but today none of that three showed. Cray,Bridges & Ashton at least tried,Nabil ran around but without the ball what is he expected to do ? Team selection is made by first players turn up get a place,or by a roulette wheel. Being taken apart in the first half you would expect maybe different tactics for the second, but no let's wait until we're 4 goals down.Would any player like to come on the forum and explain what happened today ? of cause not,why should they care about people who will be down for the next game because we are the ones care about OUR club.

Don't s'pose this is the time or the place to say "what are you all moaning about, you've seen loads of goals watching Banbury games this season ?". Seriously though, terrible result today and not pleasant reading the comments above

Diddy it was beyond belief.
Opposition been a bottom 3 side for most of season (fair play - nice fans) and we pick one of the worst balanced side you could wish for. I will spare players and vent my anger at all parties involved off the park.
ES comments in BG were a disgrace and anyone worth their salt will apologise in next wks column because today HIS team proved fans totally correct. Buck stops with manager and in my opinion he has 1 dimension and no ability to adapt during a game.
The boardroom is going to quiet as they all chuff off down to Swindon - they want Town support and pop into clubhouse to restock glass / comfort break and a certain Martin King more interested in BBC1 latest scores and text (the team from Wilts weren't playing MK). The worry is what is left when they leave cus they are going. Sooner the better cus we have been shocking since 'the Jed mccrory consortium' came to fruition.
Some of the stuff I have heard about in last wk defies belief. We play better football but have little to be loud n proud about.
Night night.

Know you have club at heart but you need to have seen what happened today.
Abject rubbish. Some players care but some don't . Believe fans are being set up to take the crap.
Hope I am wrong but running out of hope..
Too much pop but hey Ho better than not. !!!!
The sad diehards that are left are angry, but does it matter anymore

Two shocking performances either end of a week, where by all accounts the club has hardly bathed it’s self in glory off the pitch.
Second lowest attendance of the day in the league (216), beaten only by the 185 at Bashley (pop2740). Don’t think you’ll be seeing to many new faces down the stadium any time soon, when even some of the diehards are starting to bemoan paying 9 quid to watch performances like that.

I was reading the program this morning and saw the "ten years ago" team which had players like corbet, mckay and redknap, what we would give for a team of those players, whilst not the best they gave 200 percent everyweek!!

I'm determined not to be negative........so here goes I'm afraid my early season concerns over this management team have finally been realised Today's performance was as bad as last Saturdays and it is quite clear that ES is climbing a hill of beans There is still time to turn this season around but regrettably we now need a new captain at the helm As I said I am trying not to be negative but as you all know it is so difficult at present

Still feel nothing to worry about re relegation,Kettering are gone,we only need 10 points max. Lets hope for better and do the sphinx, and take our chance on a cup worth winning.Hednesford have bigger fish to fry.
And it's less than three weeks to the weymouth mash up,where the rising sun pub can get it's pieces of connect4 back,if it's still open.

Last two games ive managed to get to St Albans away and yesterday. Oh dear.
With pitch condition as it was, yesterday was never going to be won by playing football, it was going to be won by set pieces and pumping ball in the box which was what they did. So why was Blossom one of the best in the air on the bench and Skendi. Madness. Kynan was never going to do anything in those conditions. 3 0 down - bring off Shariff??? Arrrghhh.
I felt yesterday I donated £9 to the club rather than paid for any form of entertainment.

Where's it all gone wrong? Carter came in and had three clean sheets now 8 conceded in two, he looks shell shocked and doesn't leave his line. Shame to single out players as the whole team were shocking yesterday. Attackers are getting the stick but defensively we still look poor from any crosses. Jack is still a left back playing in the centre, for me Albi and Harold have been our best players and give the team more balance but were on the bench?? The Swindon issue can't help all players/fans need stability and it doesn't matter how much Jed try's to reassure us we'll naturally expect the worst. Where was Ade and whats happened to Kenzer Lee??? Lot of negativity around Edwin and I'm still not sure but this is a guy with a proven track record so lets give him the benefit of the doubt. Next three games are crucial, keep the faith

I remain positive about how the club is developing off the pitch and the structures that are being in place to do this. This will not happen overnight, it will also not please everyone but to become a successful club is more than just spending money on players. I know people make comments about the money that is spent on the playing budget up the A422 but the club there has a lot of strengths in its organisation and their success is not just down to the money. I can't look back nostalgically on a recent golden age for the club fortunes.
On the pitch, I do not know the answers, how can we be so great against Hemel and Leamington and so abject in the last two games? For what its worth I personally think the introduction of Bailey was a negative move, if he lasts the season will he get a testimonial ? Albi always look a good player to me. I like to see Lait and Hopkins both play, particularly at home, as we look a force when they are on together. T do think Jack is a better LB than CB but also rate Marvin. On paper we are close to being a very competitive team at times, miles away at others - so frustrating.
