Given the rush to advertise and the short closing date this should be resolved by now, the lack of information for what is still supposed to be a community owned club is not good enough.Rumours and speculation are hopeless especially as another rebuild needs to happen.

Until all contracts signed the club can't say anything, so yes frustrating 😤, but hopefully announcement in the coming days.

Must be some coin flying about the place with the wage for the GM. The appointment of Wayne Farrell was rather out of the blue. The selection of Simon Hollyhead followed the meeting of a secret panel. Along with the search for a GM, does this suggest that some local big cheeses are quietly getting involved, particularly financially?

I suspect a similar scenario. Pressing the business end a lot. I bet it's even called 'Project 2031' internally - which must, obviously, include a new ground.
In what very little I've looked into Simon Hollyhead, I don't see much in way of tactical coaching mentioned - but I've not looked too deeply, and it may not matter if rest of his backroom team fit in alongside. It is an interesting development away from the prospect of Mike Ford 'steadying the ship'.
**This is not in anyway meant as a negative reaction, certainly not on my part, to this news. But as one of the CBS 'owners' I'd like to know if there a transition away from that model being proposed for the future.
