As a YouTuber, I can see we are missing out on potential passive income and associated income through affiliate links, a linked club shop, and many other ways you can add income to a YT channel. Shadders does a great job with the videos, but combined with added content and YT SEO it could bring in some welcome income. The requirement is a minimum of 1000 subs overall & 4000 watch hours within the last year.
PS: Don't like the FA Cup draw, boring. At least it is local.

I just do the videos and have ability to upload them of course. Thanks for saying videos are OK
But I assume if we want to make money then YouTube place ads before videos, are they about 15 secs?. We already have to put a Vanarama logo and our own media sponsor advert before all our videos!. Personally I find the adverts annoying before YouTube videos but maybe needs must as they say.... But that is up to club, their choice and if they go that way and see it as a priority it is for someone with more YouTube knowledge than me to sort!
We seem to have added a lot of persons to media team so who knows....
In terms of an online shop, I know a new website is being designed. I would hope that is part of the new site. But initially setting it up is I suggest not the problem but maintaining it up to date is the difficult part, someone has to do that!
We have 780 subscribers. Our highlights videos are currently getting around 1500 to 2000 views. Don't know about hours in last year.

You do a great job shadders, with adverts on a YouTube channel you are in control, from skippable ads and where in the video they go. You will find even channels that are not monetized have pre-video ads imposed, this change happened around 1 to 2 years ago. In terms of watch hours, go into the YouTube Studio section of your channel and select analytics. To the top right-hand corner is a drop-down box enabling you to select 365 days. With the creative side, you could still produce the videos, and then invite a trusted member under the permissions section who can deal with anything you don't fancy doing or just don't have the time for. On the creative side here are a small number of ideas. Blooper videos, review of the month, and how about a video of the puritans radio after match interviews? (Static camera or Handheld like DJI Pocket2) Here are some channels that are good for YouTube education "Channel Makers", "Film Booth" and "Think Media Podcast" Look at watch other channels are doing in the football niche, what are their best-viewed videos, what are their thumbnails like, and what language they use in Titles.

Videoing after match interview with manager after the game was something the "Head of Media" was keen to do at start of season, it is something every other club does!
But the person's assigned to do it, not me, for whatever reason, not party to that, have not yet delivered.
The fact that it's same as radio interview which is uploaded does in my view diminish its value but still a shame not happened I agree.

I am not seeing any difference on the media front this season, who is the head of media? It's a shame because Whingy wants a step1 mentality but off the field, it is not happening, people like yourself need more support to enable change.

Amongst other tasks, media is headed up by Stephen Barlow. I suspect he would be happy to pass role on if suitable person found!

Back to the subject...3Q draw.
Fifteen clubs at our level already out; another seven will go in this round. Warning: Brackley, Telford, Dartford (all at home) and Spennymoor all went out to Level 8 clubs.
Banbury have reached 3Q three seasons in a row for the first time.
And it's 20 years since Norman announced his presence in that replay at Berkhamsted.
