We all need to enjoy tomorrow, even though we cant be there 😡.
Because of the restrictions in place and the current lack of support for sport at this level, I think the rest of the season is in serious jeopardy.
Hopefully not too gloomy

It is difficult not to feel pessimistic about the rest of the season but let's enjoy tomorrow's FA Cup game against Canvey Island FC. Even though most supporters cannot be there they can watch it live on the BBC red button. Thanks to all involved in getting the match on in the first place, from the ground volunteers to the Board members - it has not been easy. Hopefully no one is going to spoil the occasion by trying to see the game from any unauthorised positions outside the stadium. It will be trespass and could lead to financial penalties for the Club.

Has anyone looked at the iplayer this morning? I've just had a butchers and there's no sign of FA cup games... Just saying, I don't wanna be busting my onions at 14.55 🙈🙈

Good effort and been a wonderful run this season. We have some good players but it wasn’t to be today, fair play Canvey took their limited chances. Typical goals we concede.
If the season restarts please Mr Whing I don’t want to see Curtis Morrison in red and gold again. Can’t believe he started tbh.
Great prize money for club, expect squad to be trimmed by a few now.

We huffed and puffed and gave it a go but it wasn’t to be, that said to get to the first round has been an achievement. Don’t normally like to criticise players but young Morrison offers very little,travelling the distance he does can’t help. Oh well onwards and upwards.
